The Marian Manor Child Development & Learning Center serves the needs of those seeking child care for children from the ages of six weeks to kindergarten. Licensing is under the Department of Public Welfare, which surveys the center annually. The center is the first in Allegheny County to reach a STAR 4 rating by completing the standards and the process from a STAR 1 to a STAR 4. Our dedicated staff makes every effort to provide both excitement and fun for all, while at the same time, adhering to the highest standards of safety, security, cleanliness, teaching and loving care.
